Reassembling the Wheel

The truing stand has arrived.

I removed the tire. Next, I'm going to remove the spokes, but I've heard they might snap if I'm not careful. Scary.

Got them off! It feels similar to tuning a drum (replacing the head).

Almost all the wobble is gone. There's still a bit, but the wheel itself is deformed, so this is a compromise. At least it's much better than before I started.
