ytyng (Takeshi Yotsuyanagi) / CTO, Cyberneura K.K.

I am a software engineer, a co-founder of Cyberneura K.K., where I serve as CTO.

I have spent many years building and running web services such as e-commerce, e-book distribution and member authentication. These days I make tools that automate everyday work, desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and development workflows driven by AI agents.

This blog is where I write about what I looked into, tried and built along the way.

What I work on

  • Designing, building and running web services (e-commerce, e-book sales, member authentication, inventory and automated ordering, in-store POS)
  • Server and front-end development with Python / Django and TypeScript / SvelteKit
  • Desktop apps and CLI tools with Rust / Tauri, Swift and Electron
  • Automating development and operations with LLMs, AI agents and MCP servers
  • Setting up privacy and information security management (PrivacyMark and ISMS certification)
  • Electronics projects with microcontrollers (ESP32 / Raspberry Pi Pico)

  • Lead developer and operations manager for multiple game titles
  • Head of Application Platform Development Division
From October 2013 TORICO Co., Ltd.
  • Senior Executive Officer, CTO (Director at the time of IPO)
  • Responsible for development and operations of all services
  • Established the management systems for PrivacyMark and ISMS certification
January 2025 Co-founded Cyberneura K.K.
  • Chief Technology Officer
